Education is the key to development and independence. The Ssenyimba Assocation supports a school in southeast Uganda, in which the children of the village receive an academic and vocational education.
	In the village of Mazinga, there is no electricity, no running water - and until recently there was no school. For three years now, the children of the area are being taught in solid stone buildings. The Ssenyimba Memorial School wishes to make it possible for the highly underpriveleged children of the region to attend school. About half of the students are AIDS orphans.
